Reading recorded 18 property deeds from Sept. 18 to Oct. 17, but only six carried a sale price as of this report, ranging from $625,000 to $2,150,000 with a median of $750,000 among those six. The month's top transaction was 5 Coolidge Road, which sold for $2,150,000 on Sept. 21 to Daniel J. and Deana M. Holley. More than half of all recorded transfers, 10 of 18, involved family members moving property into trusts bearing their own names, none with a price on file. With most prices still pending registry posting, the data available so far offers only a partial read on market tone.
