The month's top sale was 409 Haverhill St. at $1,495,000, followed closely by 863 Main St. at $1,462,500. Pearl Street and Grove Street each saw two recorded sales. Of the eight transactions without a recorded price, most were transfers within the same family, into trusts or estates, rather than open-market sales, a pattern common in deed data and not itself a market signal.
