Reading recorded 20 property sales in deeds filed between July 10 and July 16, with prices ranging from $370,000 to $2,350,000 and a median of $1,069,500 among the 16 sales that had a price recorded. The top sale was 8 Partridge Road at $2,350,000, sold by Franklin Street Reading LLC to David and Nicole Hughson, followed closely by 480 West Street at $2,000,000. Summer Avenue saw four separate sales, more than any other street. Four transfers appeared to move property within the same family or into a trust, and none of those had a sale price recorded. The data shows a wide price range and no single dominant trend.
