Reading Sees 20 Property Transfers in Four Weeks, Led by $1.495 Million Haverhill Street Sale

Reading recorded 20 property transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15. Thirteen listed a sale price, ranging from $625,000 to $1,495,000, with a median of $1,125,000. The top sale was 409 Haverhill St., which went for $1,495,000 to Brian and Mackenzie Noyes. Seven of the 20 transfers, 35 percent, were between family members or into trusts and carried no disclosed price, including two each on Summer Avenue and Gleason Road. Eight of the 13 disclosed sales topped $1 million, while five fell between $500,000 and $1 million, including two condominium units.
