The top sale was 409 Haverhill St., which went for $1,495,000 to Brian and Mackenzie Noyes. Seven of the 20 transfers, 35 percent, were between family members or into trusts and carried no price recorded yet, including two each on Summer Avenue and Gleason Road. Eight of the 13 recorded sales topped $1 million, while five fell between $500,000 and $1 million, including two condominium units.
