Monday, April 13, 1:45 a.m. — Commercial Burglar Alarm: Alarm activation at the library on the 60 block of Middlesex Avenue, ground-floor zone.
Monday, April 13, 8:07 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Theft (License Plate): A license plate was reported missing from the 10 block of Lothrop Road.
Monday, April 13, 8:22 a.m. — Road Closure: A trench in the road at the 100 block of Grove Street blocked access.
Monday, April 13, 9:50 a.m. — Animal Call: A resident on the 100 block of West Street reported a loose white poodle.
Monday, April 13, 13:20 p.m. — Larceny from a Building: A customer reported a stolen pocketbook at a store on the 1300 block of Main Street.
Monday, April 13, 14:55 p.m. — Harassing Acts: A male came to the police lobby concerned about a female filming him near the Dollar Tree on the 0 block of Harnden Street.
Monday, April 13, 15:17 p.m. — Suspicious Persons: Two individuals were reported sitting on the ground near the railroad tracks at the intersection of Main and Ash Streets.
Monday, April 13, 15:53 p.m. — Disturbance: Teenagers on bicycles reportedly harassed a driver on Goodall-Sanford Road.
Monday, April 13, 17:11 p.m. — Suspicious Motor Vehicle: A commercial van was reported stopped and speaking with a youth on the 30 block of Dudley Street.
Monday, April 13, 17:16 p.m. — Disturbance: Teenagers refused to leave and caused a disturbance at a business on the 20 block of Walkers Brook Drive.
Monday, April 13, 20:09 p.m. — Hazard: Three teenagers were reported playing in proximity to an active rail line at the intersection of Willow Street and the railroad tracks.
Monday, April 13, 21:38 p.m. — Disturbance: A noise complaint was received regarding a party at a church on the 10 block of Linden Street.
Monday, April 13, 23:14 p.m. — Hazard: An officer observed water shooting from the side of the Senior Center building on the 40 block of Pleasant Street.
Tuesday, April 14, 8:59 a.m. — Animal Call: A caller on the 40 block of West Street reported his dog had gotten loose.
Tuesday, April 14, 10:55 a.m. — Hazard: A traffic sign was reported down in the roadway at the intersection of Main and Harnden Streets.
Tuesday, April 14, 11:31 a.m. — Follow-Up / Larceny: Officers followed up on a food delivery theft at a building on the 30 block of Augustus Court; two wallets were turned over to an officer during the investigation.
Tuesday, April 14, 11:53 a.m. — Animal Call: A possible sick raccoon was reported inside a chicken coop on the 150 block of Wakefield Street.
Tuesday, April 14, 16:55 p.m. — Parking Complaint: A school bus was reported parked in a no-parking zone and facing the wrong direction near the intersection of Hartshorn Street and Bancroft Avenue.
Tuesday, April 14, 23:07 p.m. — Fire/CO Alert: Fire department responded to chimney smoke and activated carbon monoxide detectors at the 200 block of Washington Street.
Wednesday, April 15, 6:55 a.m. — Contractor Complaint: A construction crew was reported setting up on John Street without a required police detail.
Wednesday, April 15, 7:16 a.m. — Animal Cruelty: A man was reported hitting and kicking his dog near Coolidge Middle School on the 80 block of Birch Meadow Drive.
Wednesday, April 15, 8:39 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A two-car minor crash with no injuries was reported at the intersection of South and Main Streets.
Wednesday, April 15, 12:55 p.m. — Fraud: A caller on the 50 block of Prospect Street reported being the victim of ongoing fraud.
Wednesday, April 15, 15:20 p.m. — Hazard: A tractor-trailer was reported with a blown-out tire at the intersection of Salem and Lowell Streets.
Wednesday, April 15, 15:29 p.m. — Animal Cruelty: Children were reported kicking geese at Memorial Park on the 60 block of Salem Street.
Wednesday, April 15, 16:14 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A two-car minor crash with no injuries was reported at the 150 block of Main Street.
Thursday, April 16, 0:35 a.m. — Disturbance: A male was reported causing a disturbance inside a restaurant on the 20 block of Walkers Brook Drive.
Thursday, April 16, 7:39 a.m. — Road Closure: School Street was closed from Middlesex Avenue to Dudley Street.
Thursday, April 16, 8:35 a.m. — Road Closure: Grove Street between Lowell and Forest Streets was closed with no access.
Thursday, April 16, 9:31 a.m. — Hazard / Downed Line: A powerline down was reported near the intersection of Lincoln and Prescott Streets.
Thursday, April 16, 14:57 p.m. — Fire Alarm: A fire alarm activated at the 30 block of James Road.
Thursday, April 16, 15:05 p.m. — Suspicious Person: An unknown male was seen on a doorbell camera entering the backyard of a property on the 1400 block of Main Street.
Thursday, April 16, 15:15 p.m. — Vehicle Fire: A trash truck caught fire and dumped its load in the street near the intersection of Pearl and Putnam Streets.
Thursday, April 16, 15:35 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A 2021 Subaru Forester struck a gate in a parking lot on the 80 block of Walkers Brook Drive.
Thursday, April 16, 16:13 p.m. — Disturbance: Ten to twelve youths were reported running around and throwing food at a restaurant on the 400 block of Main Street.
Friday, April 17, 3:48 a.m. — Fire Alarm / Smoke: Fire department responded to a report of a blown charger with smoke showing at a building on the 30 block of Augustus Court.
Friday, April 17, 8:06 a.m. — Assistance: A woman came to the police lobby reporting she felt threatened by a client; the incident occurred in the area of the 50 block of Woburn Street.
Friday, April 17, 8:53 a.m. — Road Closure: Highland Street at the Locust/Federal Street intersection was closed with no emergency access; detours were in place.
Friday, April 17, 9:48 a.m. — Larceny: A property manager reported multiple stolen packages from a building on the 0 block of Archstone Circle.
Friday, April 17, 10:45 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A minor crash with no injuries was reported at a parking lot on the 400 block of Main Street.
Friday, April 17, 15:06 p.m. — Follow-Up / Breaking and Entering: Officers followed up on a possible breaking and entering case at the 600 block of Pearl Street.
Friday, April 17, 20:07 p.m. — Disturbance: Two males banged on a front door and fled at the 500 block of Summer Avenue.
Friday, April 17, 22:04 p.m. — Disturbance: A large group of teenagers was reported yelling at passing cars at the intersection of Wakefield and Charles Streets.
Friday, April 17, 23:07 p.m. — Noise Complaint: A text tip reported a loud house party on the 20 block of Cherry Lane Drive.
Friday, April 17, 23:36 p.m. — Suspicious Person: An individual was reported yelling threats near the intersection of High and Haven Streets.

Saturday, April 18, 12:31 p.m. — Hazard: A possible sinkhole was reported forming at the 100 block of Hopkins Street.
Saturday, April 18, 14:46 p.m. — Animal Call / Public Safety: A small white puppy was reported moving in and out of traffic near the intersection of Sanborn and Woburn Streets.
Saturday, April 18, 18:25 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash / Hit and Run: An officer was flagged down for a possible hit-and-run near a business on the 500 block of Main Street.
Saturday, April 18, 19:00 p.m. — Illegal Burn: Fire department responded to a report of an illegal burn at the 20 block of Warren Avenue.
Saturday, April 18, 19:41 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Complaint: A male came to the police lobby reporting an erratic operator in the area of the 0 block of Washington Street.
Saturday, April 18, 21:32 p.m. — Disturbance: A tip reported a group of youths yelling and setting off firecrackers near Washington Street and Washington Park.
Saturday, April 18, 22:25 p.m. — Carbon Monoxide Alarm: A CO alarm activated with no smoke or fire confirmed at a building on the 400 block of Main Street.
Saturday, April 18, 23:04 p.m. — Suspicious Driver: A caller reported an Uber driver appeared impaired or ill near a gas station on the 80 block of Main Street.
Sunday, April 19, 11:44 a.m. — Welfare Check: Wakefield Police received a text-to-911 report for a person at the 100 block of Spruce Road in Reading and notified Reading Police.
Sunday, April 19, 12:59 p.m. — Extortion/Blackmail: A male came to the police lobby to speak with an officer regarding an extortion matter; the complainant resides on the 300 block of Lowell Street.
Sunday, April 19, 13:33 p.m. — Attempted Fraud: A woman came to the police lobby to speak with an officer regarding an attempted fraud at the 0 block of Archstone Circle.
Sunday, April 19, 20:23 p.m. — Parking Complaint: A white work van was reported parked in a handicapped space at the 130 block of Washington Street.
Sunday, April 19, 21:10 p.m. — Disturbance: Youths were reported banging on a door at the 0 block of Strawberry Hill Lane.
Sunday, April 19, 22:17 p.m. — Suspicious Person: A male was reported wandering around a house on the 100 block of Haverhill Street.
