Reading records 19 property transfers as September sales top out at $1.25 million
Reading recorded 19 property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, with 13 sales showing a price so far, ranging from $572,500 to $1,250,000 and a median of $860,000. The top sale was 10 Grandview Road at $1,250,000, sold by David A. and Patricia E. Druid to Frank J. Bova and Kelly Ottaviano. Main Street logged three separate transfers, the most of any street this period. Six transfers, mostly trust and estate transactions among family members, do not yet show a price on file. The mix of condo and single-family sales spans price tiers from under $750,000 to above $1 million, with no single tier dominating the period.
